Grief coaching is a deeply personal and intimate journey. As your coach, I am here to accompany you and create a safe and supportive environment for our sessions. The speed at which we work together is up to you. Whether you have experienced a single loss or multiple losses, we will work hand in hand to address each unique aspect of your grief.
Our Model
To guide you through this process, I utilize a model called Reaching for Hope, which consists of a 13-week package of grief education. Each week, we will have a one hour session which will focus on one of the six ‘needs’ or steps in the grieving process to help reduce distress and disconnection after loss. These steps include:
- Unpacking the grief story and witnessing the pain.
- Acknowledging and releasing complicated feelings responsible for the pain.
- Acknowledging and letting go of feelings of guilt.
- Exploring and closing old wounds.
- Redefining the grief story to include both the pain and the unbroken love.
- Finding meaning in this new chapter of life.

My grief coaching services offer tools that extend far beyond the program, allowing for lasting life change. No advice will be given, rather instead, we will delve deep to uncover the answers and wisdom that were always within you, obscured by the pain of loss, betrayal, shame, or failure.
The lessons learned during our sessions will enable you to discover a newfound purpose in the world that will guide you on your continuous path forward.
